Congratulations — you’re one step closer to booking the wedding of your dreams.

Below is your personalized catering estimate designed for your special day.

  • A family style feast where platters of braised meats are served alongside vibrant local veggies, sides, and salsas.

  • A cinnamon-sugar warm churro station with chocolate sauce and all the fun for a sweet treat late night that is the absolute perfect addition to tacos and late night quesadillas.

  • A relaxed, self-paced coffee bar experience where guests can self-serve drip coffee to go with the late night treats and churros.

  • Whipping out late night quesadillas and snacks to keep the dancing going. Service ends at 12pm.

Smoked grass-fed beef in a chipotle chili rub.

Grilled Citrus Chicken Tacos

Citrus + cilantro chicken fire-roasted to perfection.

Roasted Veggie Tacos

Flame-kissed seasonal farm veggies + salsa verde.

Chips + Salsa Bar

Rainbow spread of salsas, roasted & garden fresh.

Fresh guacamole & pico de gallo.

House-made corn chips fried in organic avocado oil.

The Sides

Perfectly-spiced black beans with organic rice.

Garden salad with zesty citrus herb dressing.

Citrus + rainbow slaw with fresh garden herbs.

Grilled local peppers + fermented hot sauces.

Local street corn salad + roasted poblano.

Service & Experience

Our team will handle all culinary execution and service flow, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for you and your guests.

  • Full food preparation & on-site execution

  • Family-style plating and service coordination

  • Setup & breakdown of all food service areas

Additional Support

We are requesting 2 helpers for service time, setup, & breakdown. If designated helpers are not available, we provide the additional staffing required and billed accordingly.

Additional Service Rate : $35/hr per team member

Rentals & Serviceware

Wildhearth operates as a culinary service provider. Client is responsible for all rentals including plates, utensils, glassware, tables, linens, and waste management unless otherwise arranged.

Service Timeline

Service includes a 12-hour service window that ends at midnite. Extended service time may incur additional labor fees.Our team specializes in seamless, high-touch event execution, allowing you to fully relax and enjoy your celebration.

Investment

$150 per guest × 100 guests = $15,000

Final guest count is due 10 days prior to the event and will be used for final billing. This number may increase but cannot decrease after submission.

Service Fee

A 20% service fee is applied to support staffing, logistics, and wedding execution. This is to ensure optimal support and flow to streamline your event professionally.

Payment

50% deposit due at booking: $7,500

Payments can be made directly through this portal.

Final Payment

Remaining balance is due July 4th, 2026

(7 days prior to the event date).

Total investment may adjust slightly based on final guest count, menu, additional children & service help.
